I coach people, not job titles: helping you grow your whole self, head, heart and body, so you can create the work and life you actually want.
For thirty years, I helped some of the world's most ambitious companies innovate and change. Somewhere along the way, I learned the truth that shapes everything I do now: all real transformation is personal. Strategies don't change lives, people do. When they have the space, support and honesty to grow.
That's what I offer here. Not frameworks or five-step plans, but a warm, grounded partnership while you figure out what's next: a crossroads in your career, a life transition, a dream you keep postponing, or a quiet sense that something needs to shift.
And because I'm a designer and lifelong maker, I hold a special place for the creative souls - the people whose imagination once ran the show, until deadlines and adulting put it on rations. If your creative side is hungry, this is a place where it gets nourished.
We'll work with all of you. Your head (clarity and direction), your heart (values, purpose, relationships) and your body (energy, presence, what you feel but can't yet name). Sometimes we might even work alongside my horses, who are truly insightful coaches.
