I'm Martina, a coach, designer and lifelong maker. I help people pause, listen to what's true for them now, and find the clarity and courage to live it. That might be a career crossroads, a new chapter, a dream you keep putting off, or simply a sense that it's time to come back to yourself.
We'll work with all of you: your head (clarity and direction), your heart (your values and what you truly care about) and your body (energy, presence, the things you feel before you can name them). And sometimes we'll work alongside my horses, who are wonderfully honest guides.
